His impressive resume boasts prominent leadership roles in investment banking, business ownership, CEO positions within privately held companies, and C-Suite positions in publicly traded enterprises.

With a remarkable record of owning and operating multiple businesses (7x), Fred has demonstrated exceptional management skills, overseeing up to 400 employees. Prior to his current role as a business broker, he actively participated in approximately 50 M&A transactions, leveraging his expertise both as an individual and as an investment banker. These transactions encompassed both the buying and selling aspects of the deals.

Fred’s qualifications extend beyond his practical experience, as he holds an MBA in Finance from the esteemed Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at the University of St. Louis.

Fred and his wife Vicky live in Chesterfield, MO. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Fred likes to golf, enjoy water sports and read.
